摘要
在党的领导下 ,在人民当家作主的基础上 ,以“三个代表”为灵魂 ,发展和完善当代中国政治权力的五权架构 ,是有中国特色社会主义民主政治建设和政治发展的现实课题 。
It is an urgent political task to develop and perfect cotemporary China′s Five Power structure;leading power,People′s Congress,administrative power,judicial power nd supervising power.It should be emphasized that the Five Power Structure must be developed under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party,with people as the masters of the country,and under the guidance of the 'Three Represents'.The Five Power Structure will help to resist the negative influence of the Western tripartite political pattern.
