摘要
生命是整体的,宏观的,少年的稚阴稚阳,壮年的壮阴壮阳,老年的衰阴衰阳,用时空的动态变化思维和思路去观察体质、生命、健康、疾病,是调体治病、治未病的基本视角和思维。养生首养体,防病重识体,辨证先辨体,治病必调体,调体是制定调治原则和维护健康的一条思维主线。因体质决定生命体验、决定健康差异和疾病的易感性、治疗的反应性以及病后的发展倾向性和预后,既涵盖已病状态,涉及治疗、康复,又涵盖未病状态,更涉及预防、养生,是预防、治疗、康复、养生等医学防、治、养个体化的最佳切入点,影响疾病治疗大原则、总原则的确定。治病与调体是战术与战略或者具体政策技术和大的原则方向的关系,健康时、疾病中、康复期体质易感疾病以及病后证候类型基本遵循机体薄弱环节倾向性的规律,因此需要整体的、宏观的把握体质的偏颇。
The process of life is the perspective of physical observation. Life is whole and macro： young yang and young yin,invigorating yang and invigorating yin,deficient yang and deficient yin. Therefore,observing the constitution,life,health and disease with the dynamic change of thinking and ideas is the basic thinking and perspective of regulating constitution,treating disease and preventing disease. Life cultivation should first preserving body; Syndrome differentiation should first differentiating body constitution; Treating disease should first regulating constitution which is a main line of thinking for formulating the principle and regulating and maintaining health. Because constitution decides life experience,life differences,disease susceptibility,treatment response and disease development tendency and prognosis,not only covers diseased state involving treatment and rehabilitation,but also covers disease-free state involving prevention and life cultivation,it is the best starting point for prevention,treatment,rehabilitation,health etc.,influences determining disease treatment principle,and general principle. Treatment and adjustment of body is the relationship between strategy and tactics or technology and the principle of specific policy direction. Physical disease susceptibility and disease syndrome types during health,disease and rehabilitation stages basically follow the weak link body tendency,so the overall and macro biased constitutions should be grasped.
