摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)患者临床疗效。方法:选择82例DN患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组加施中医治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,相关指标改善程度均明显大于对照组,生存质量评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病患者,可有效改善患者临床症状。
Objective The clinical value of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy （ diabetic nephropathy, DN） by Chinese and western medicine was discussed. Methods Select 82 DN patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given regular western medicine, observing the treatment of TCM syndrome, compare two groups of outcomes. Results The total effectiveness of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the indicators of improvement were significantly greater than those in the control group, the survival quality score was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The ap- plication combines Chinese and western medicine to treat diabetic nephropathy patients, clinical symptoms can be enhanced to improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, the overall effect is more ideal.
