摘要
基于大多数酮苯装置的原料种类较多,性质差别较大,需要溶剂配比随原料的变化而改变的情况下,阐述了酮苯装置常用溶剂的性质及作用,并分析了溶剂配比不同对脱蜡温差、产品收率、过滤速度等酮苯装置关键因素的影响,用以及时根据装置进料的变换调整溶剂配比,并通过实际例子说明原料轻重及产品要求对溶剂配比的影响,达到提前设计方案、及时调整的目的,使装置处于一种动态的、平稳生产的状态,生产优质润滑油基础油和石蜡产品,满足炼厂的需要。
Based on the fact that most Mek-Tol units have many kinds of raw materials and their properties are different, the ratio of solvents need be changed according to the change of the raw materials. In this paper, the properties and functions of common solvents in Mek-Tol units were introduced, the influence of different solvent ratio on the dewaxing temperature difference, product yield and filtration rate of Mek-Tol unit was analyzed, and the influence of raw material properties and product requirement on the solvent ratio was illustrated by practical examples.
