甲乙酮水合反应器缺陷修复与安全评定(二)——缺陷评定 被引量:1

摘要 某甲乙酮装置的关键设备水合反应器(R101),检验时发现存在表面缺陷和焊缝埋藏缺陷,经过3次缺陷修复,反应器表面的开口缺陷均补焊封闭,保留了部分超标埋藏缺陷。依据国家规范对保留的超标埋藏缺陷进行了安全评定,评定结果表明:这些保留超标缺陷是安全的,在正常操作工况下,不会影响反应器的安全运行,解决了装置生产的难题,为企业带来了很好的经济效益。 Surface defects and buried defects in weld were found in the key equipment hydration reactor of certain methyl-ethyl-ketone unit in periodic inspection.After defects repair for three times,the surface-breaking defects were eliminated by welding repair and part of the over-standard buried defects were not repaired.Safety assessment was carried out for the left over-stand-ard buried defects according to national regulations.And the assessment results show that these defects are safe and won't affect the safe operation of the reactor under normal operating conditions.This has solved the production difficulty of the unit and brought good economic benefits for the enterprise.
