摘要
公共服务均等化是现代政府不可推卸的道德责任,是促进经济发展的重要手段,可以有力地保障全体社会成员共享建设成果,是实现社会和谐的稳定剂。我国目前城乡之间在基础设施、义务教育、公共卫生、社会保障、就业机会等方面存在着失衡现象,使得城乡之间的差距在逐渐拉大,这就需要在体制与政策上都最大限度地保障社会的公平正义,从而促进和谐社会的构建。
The equalization of public services is the moral responsibility that modern government can't shirk.It is important measure to promote economy development,and can ensure all the people to share the harvest,and achieve social harmoniousness.But there are unbalances between urban and rural areas in base establishment,compulsory education,public health,social security and employment opportunity,which make the difference largely little by little.So we must safeguard social justice in system and policy whole hog,promote the construction of the socialism harmonious society.
