摘要
目的:探讨精细化护理在重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭新生儿护理中的效果,了解精细化护理在重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭新生儿护理中的应用价值。方法:将2014年7月22日-2017年7月24日笔者所在医院收治的重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭新生儿80例作为研究对象,其中40例接受精细化护理干预的新生儿纳入干预组,将40例进行常规护理服务的新生儿纳入常规组,对两组新生儿的SaO_2、pH、PaO_2、PaCO_2、不良反应进行分析。结果:干预组SaO_2、pH、PaO_2、PaCO_2分别为(96±10)%、7.76±0.05、(69±8)mm Hg、(54±6)mm Hg;常规组SaO_2、pH、PaO_2、PaCO_2分别为(89±14)%、7.25±0.17、(58±7)mm Hg、(58±7)mm Hg,干预组的SaO_2、pH、PaO_2、PaCO_2均优于常规组,干预组满意度评分明显优于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭新生儿接受精细化护理,能够保障护理效果,提升患者护理满意度,促进新生儿早日康复,值得推广。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of fine nursing on neonates with severe pneumonia with respiratory failure and to understand the application value of fine care in the care of patients with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure.Method： Eighty neonates with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure were enrolled in our hospital from July 22, 2014 to July 24, 2017, and 40 neonates who underwent intensive care intervention in the intervention group, 40 neonates with routine nursing services were selected as the routine group.The SaO2, pH, PaO2, PaCO2 of the two groups were analyzed and the satisfaction scores were analyzed.Result： SaO2, pH, PaO2 and PaCO2 in the intervention group were （96 ± 10）%, 7.76 ± 0.05, （69 ± 8）mm Hg and （54 ± 6）ram Hg respectively.The routine group were （89 ± 14）%, 7.25 ± 0.17, （58 ± 7）ram Hg and （58 ± 7）mm Hg respectively, there were significant differences between the two groups（P〉0.O5）.The satisfaction score in the intervention group was better than that in the routine group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Severe pneumonia with respiratory failure neonates receiving fine care, to protect the care effect, to enhance the nursing satisfaction score, it is worth promoting.
