摘要
甲状腺癌是最常见的内分泌系统恶性肿瘤,在全球范围内其发病率呈逐年上升趋势,已受到医务工作者的广泛关注。目前其病因仍不十分清楚,已有研究报道甲状腺癌的发病受性别、年龄、地域、种族差异等多种因素的影响,其病因主要包括：电离辐射、碘摄取过多或过少、遗传因素等。甲状腺癌由来源于甲状腺滤泡细胞和滤泡旁C细胞2种,
microRNA（miRNA）is a kind of endogenous non-coding single-stranded molecule RNA.The generation process is associated with the production of small interfering RNAs.In recent years,it has been found that different miRNA express in different pathological types of thyroid cancer both at home and abroad,suggesting that many miRNAs may play important roles in occurrence,development,invasion and migration of thyroid cancer,which can be new opportunities in diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of thyroid cancer.In this paper,we will review the recent advances in the study of the relationship between microRNA and thyroid cancer.
