肺癌组织钙网蛋白高表达与患者生存期的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨肺癌组织钙网蛋白(CALR)表达水平与肺癌患者生存的相关性及其机制。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法检测180例肺癌患者肿瘤组织中的CALR表达水平,记录患者的生存期并绘制生存曲线。从癌症和肿瘤基因图谱(TCGA)数据库中获取535例肺腺癌患者的转录组信息进行基因本体(GO)、京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)、基因集合富集分析(GSEA)的三类富集分析。结果与CALR表达水平低的患者相比,肺癌组织中CALR表达水平高的患者生存期短。TCGA数据库富集分析结果提示CALR可能参与染色体分离调控、染色质沉默、癌中转录失调、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPAR)、AMP激活蛋白激酶(AMPK)等肺腺癌细胞的多种生物学反应和信号通路调控。结论肺癌组织CALR高表达与肺癌患者生存期呈负相关,可能通过多种途径参与肺腺癌的发生发展。
