基于广义证据理论线路继电保护的状态评估 被引量:1

State Evaluation of Line Relay Protection Based on Generalized Evidence Theory

摘要 针对继电保护状态评价过程中存在的数据传输堵塞、数据源不同步等导致的数据采集不全的问题,提出了一种基于广义证据理论的继电保护状态评估方法。首先采用正态云模型计算评价指标的隶属度以及改进模糊层次分析法计算继电保护设备的权重,采用模糊加权算子计算继电保护设备的模糊评判结果,并把模糊评判结果作为广义证据理论的初始概率分布,紧接着采用广义证据理论获取继电保护设备整体的状态评价结果。最后以实际算例表明,采用基于置信系数的广义证据理论可有效减少数据间的融合冲突,融合速度较快,在大数据背景下为继电保护的状态评估提供了一种新思路。 Considering that problems of data transmission blockage and data source asynchrony caused the incomplete data collection of relay protection system,ageneralized state of evidence theory based relay protection state evaluation was proposed.The normal cloud model was used to calculate the membership degree of the evaluation index,and improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was proposed to calculate the weight.Then the fuzzy evaluation of relay protection equipment was calculated,and the result was taken as the initial probability distribution of the evidence.Finally,the overall state evaluation result of relay protection system was obtained by the generalized evidence theory.A case study shows that the generalized evidence theory based confidence coefficient can reduce the data conflict effectively,and the data fusion speed is relatively fast,which provides a new way for the state evaluation of relay protection in the background of large data.
