摘要
基于微网发展,将可再生能源发电间歇性与分布式天然气灵活调峰特性相结合,对包含风电、光伏发电、分布式天然气以及储能系统的多能互补微网系统进行概述。考虑分布式天然气的调峰空间、电热特性及用户电力需求的不确定性,设计融合可再生能源的分布式天然气上网电价定价模型及利益相关者的效益分析模型,并以科技能源中心为例,验证该方法的有效性。通过挖掘分布式天然气的调峰能力与分析电力需求的不确定性,说明该定价机制有利于降低消费者用能支出费用,促进可再生能源消纳。
Combining the intermittent output of renewable energy with the flexible characteristics of peak shaving from natural gas distributed generation,this paper summarizes the multi energy complementary micro-grid system based on the development of micro-grid,which consists of wind power,photovoltaic power generation,natural gas distributed generation and energy storage system. Taking the peak shaving space and electrothermal characteristics of distributed natural gas,and the uncertainty of power demand into consideration,we constructed the feed-in pricing model of distributed natural gas integrating renewable energy,as well as the stakeholders＇ benefit analysis model. In addition,we prove the effectiveness of pricing model with taking an energy technology center as an example. Finally,through excavating the capacity of peak shaving about distributed natural gas generation and analyzing the uncertainty of power demand,the pricing mechanism is conducive to reduce consumer energy expenses and promote renewable energy consumption.
