摘要
采用粉末冶金方法制备了Fe-Mo-Ni-石墨(FMNG)材料,研究了石墨含量对FMNG材料物相组成、显微组织、致密度、硬度、抗压强度及断口形貌等的影响。结果表明:FMNG材料主要由珠光体、贝氏体、铁素体、石墨、Mo2C及Fe_3Mo_3C等相组成;随着石墨含量的增加,Mo_2C和Fe_3Mo_3C相增加,当含量达20%时出现Fe_(9.7)Mo_(0.3)相。石墨含量的增加使得材料的硬度、致密度及抗压缩强度逐渐下降。
Fe-Mo-Ni-graphite(FMNG) was prepared by the powder metallurgy method,the effects of graphite content on the phase composition,microstructure,density,hardness,compressive strength and fracture morphology of FMNG were studied.The results show that the FMNG material mainly consists of pearlite,bainite,ferrite,graphite,Mo_2C and Fe_3Mo_3C phases; with the increase of graphite content,Mo_2C and Fe_3Mo_3C phase increases,when the content reaches 20%,Fe_(9.7)Mo_(0.3) phase appears.The increase of graphite content makes the hardness,density and compressive strength of the material decrease gradually.
