摘要
欧洲化的研究及其路径被视为当前欧洲一体化和欧盟对外政策研究的新视角。但长期以来,欧洲化的研究都只注重从欧盟到成员国、从结构到施动者的自上而下的分析路径,忽视了对成员国自身能力和施动性的考察。同时,传统的研究路径也只注重从利益寻求、预期收益等理性主义角度分析成员国欧洲化的动力,忽视对社会性因素的考察。本文在梳理现有欧洲化的研究路径基础上,对当前研究路径中存在的问题和原因进行反思,并提出新的欧洲化的研究路径和视角。
Europeanization studies and their paths are seen as a new perspective on current European integration and the research on EU foreign policy.But for a long time,Europeanization studies have focused only on the top-down analysis path from the EU to the member countries,and from the structure to the actors,ignoring the study of the capacity and mobility of the members themselves.At the same time,the traditional research path only focuses on the analysis of the driving forces of Europeanization of member countries from the perspective of rationalism,such as interest seeking and prospective returns,ignoring the investigation of social factors.On the basis of combing the existing paths of Europeanization studies,this paper makes a reflection on the problems and causes in the current research paths,putting forward a new path and a new perspective for Europeanization studies.
