摘要
针对广西某铅锌矿酸性矿石进行了浮选试验研究。采用高碱工艺,使用D82+硫化钠组合作锌矿物抑制剂,丁基黄药+乙硫氮组合作铅矿物捕收剂,取得了良好的铅锌分离效果,在原矿铅品位0.44%、锌品位2.05%条件下,通过闭路试验获得了铅品位54.48%、铅回收率50.06%的铅精矿和锌品位47.35%、锌回收率87.43%的锌精矿。
Flotation tests were carried out to process acid ore from a lead-zinc mine in Guangxi province.High-alkali pulp technique was adopted,while a combination of D82 and sodium sulfide was used as depressant of zinc minerals,and a combination of butyl xanthate and diethyldithiocarbamate was used as collector of lead minerals.A closed-circuit test yielded a lead concentrate approaching 54.48% Pb grade at 50.06% recovery and a zinc concentrate at 47.35% Zn at 87.43% recovery from a raw ore assaying 0.44% Pb and 2.05% Zn,indicating the Pb-Zn separation successfully actualized.
