摘要
目的:观察光刺激对3x Tg阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型小鼠海马长时程增强(LTP)及β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)的影响。方法:4~6月3x Tg AD小鼠20只随机分为光刺激(PS)组,未刺激(NS)组,同背景野生型小鼠10只为对照组。PS组小鼠接受2 Hz光刺激4周,其余2组正常环境饲养。4周后断头取脑,制作离体脑片,诱导海马LTP,并检测小鼠海马组织内Aβ蛋白含量。结果:NS组小鼠LTP明显受抑,海马组织内Aβ含量较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。PS组小鼠较NS组小鼠海马Aβ蛋白水平明显降低(P<0.05),LTP明显增强(P<0.05)。结论:光刺激增强3x Tg AD模型小鼠海马LTP,降低海马Aβ含量。
Objective: To observe the effect ofphotic stimulation on long term potentiation (LTP) and A beta in the hippocampus of 3xTg Alzheimer's model mice. Methods: Twenty 4 - 6 month 3xTg AD mice were random- ly divided into photic stimulation (PS) group and unstimulated (NS) group. Ten wild type mice in the same back- ground were in the control group. AD mice in the PS group received 2 Hz photic stimulation for 4 weeks. After the mice were decapitated, the in vitro hippocampal LTP was induced and the A beta protein content in the hippo- campus of mice was detected. Results: The LTP of mice in NS group was significantly inhibited, and the content of A beta in the hippocampus was significantly higher than that in control group (both P〈0.05). The level of A beta protein in hippocampus of mice in PS group was significantly lower than that in NS group, while LTP in- creased significantly (both P〈0.05). Conclusion: Photic stimulation enhanced the hippocampal LTP and reduced the content of A beta in 3xTg AD mice model.
