矿井系统下行风流火灾实验与TF1M3D平台仿真研究 被引量:11

摘要 为直观反映矿井下行风流火灾时期风流紊乱现象,深入研究风流紊乱、火灾烟流扩散规律,搭建管道实验平台进行矿井下行风流火灾实验,应用TF1M3D软件对真实矿井火灾进行模拟仿真。结果表明:矿井发生下行风流火灾时,在火区热阻力和火风压作用下,主干风路风流发生衰减甚至逆流现象,主干风路风量达到极值的时间滞后于火源强度达到最大值的时间;模拟结果显示223上山风流随通风机能力增强,发生风流紊乱现象更明显;在火灾主干风路风流未发生逆退的情况下,223上山和-380副巷仍会发生风流逆转现象;通风机能力越强,主干风路风流克服火源作用、保持原状态的能力越强。 In order to intuitively reflect the phenomenon of airflow disorder during the descending airflow fire in mine and deeply study the laws of airflow disorder and fire smoke diffusion,a pipeline test platform was built to carry out the tests of descending airflow fire in mine,and the TF1 M3 D software was applied to simulate the real mine fire. The results showed that when occurring the descending airflow fire in mine,under the effect of thermal resistance in the fire zone and the fire wind pressure,the airflow of the main airflow branch occurred the phenomenon of attenuation and even reversal,and the time that the air volume of the main airflow branch reached the extreme value lagged behind the time that the fire source intensity reached the maximum value. The simulation results showed that the phenomenon of airflow disorder in 223 uphill was more obvious with the enhancement of fan capacity. In the case that the airflow of the main airflow branch did not occur the reversal,the phenomenon of airflow reversal still occurred in 223 uphill and-380 auxiliary roadway. The stronger the fan capacity,the stronger the capacity that the airflow of the main airflow branch overcame the fire source effect and kept the original state.
