摘要
为了能快捷地绘制矿井通风系统图,并使通风系统网络分析可视化,利用面向对象的技术,设计了实现各种功能的图形基类及各图形类之间的层次关系,提出了巷道的自动绘制算法,以Visual C++6.0为编程环境,开发了矿井通风系统CAD软件,具有图元拾取与属性标注、工作面推进动态模拟等功能。利用该软件对孔庄矿局部通风系统进行了自动绘制,绘制效果好,速度快,并对某回采工作面推进进行了动态模拟,得出了工作面未来的通风状况,通风技术人员可以由模拟的结果来预测通风系统未来的状态,从而超前制定相应的计划,对于防止事故发生,保障安全生产具有重要的意义。
To draw a mine ventilation graphics quickly and visualize the analysis of mine ventilation system network, the graphic base classes, and the hierarchical relationship of each class is designed based on the object oriented technology, and the automatic drawing algorism is also put forward. The software for mine ventilation system CAD is developed based on the programming environment of Visual C++. There are some functions including picking of graphic element and labeling of attribute and dynamic simulating of advancing working face in the software. The software has been applied successfully in Kongzhuang Coal Mine to draw the partial ventilation system automatically, and a good result is obtained. Dynamic simulation has been carded out in a mining face and the coming ventilation state could be known. The skilled ventilation workers could forecast the future state of the ventilation system based on the dynamic simulation result and accordingly make the plan ahead to avoid accidents, which is very important to guarantee the safe production.
