摘要
对云南某高铁氧化铅锌矿进行了试验研究。结果表明,采用选冶结合新工艺能综合回收铅、锌及铁。采用常规硫化浮选工艺能得到铅品位为50.43%、铅回收率为72.46%的铅精矿;选铅尾矿采用配煤高温还原-磁选工艺,能得到铁品位为87%左右、铁回收率在90%左右的金属铁粉,锌在高温还原过程中的挥发率高达90%左右。该选冶新工艺能为开发利用此类难选氧化铅锌矿提供借鉴意义。
Experimental study was conducted with an iron-rich lead-zinc oxide ore from Yunnan and result showed that lead, zinc and iron minerals can be reclaimed comprehensively with a new technology of combining beneficiation and metallurgy processes. The conventional sulphidizing flotation technique can produce a lead concentrate approaching 50. 43% Pb grade at 72.46% recovery. Then, adopting a flowsheet comprising a high temperature reduction of mixed briquettes of lead-separation tailings and coal, and a magnetic separation, a metallic iron powder with iron grade and recovery around 87% and 90%, respectively, can be prepared, while the volatilization ratio of zinc achieves 90%. This benefieiation-metallurgy approach can be referred for exploitation of similar refractory lead-zinc oxide ore.
