摘要
针对地方本科院校软件工程专业人才培养存在的问题,主要从课程体系设置、教学方法改革、实践环节设置、师资队伍建设、校企合作、创新创业教育等方面探讨软件工程专业"应用型+创新型"的人才培养模式。该模式有效促进了学生的就业,为同类院校软件工程专业的人才培养建设提供思路。
This paper aims at the problems of the cultivation of software engineering professionals in local colleges and universities.The aspects of curriculum setting,teaching method reform,practice settings,the teachers troop construction,school-enterprise cooperation,innovation and entrepreneurship education,etc are discussed,the training mode of ＂applied type＋innovation＂ in software engineering is also considered.This model effectively promotes the employment of students,and provides a thought for the training of talents in software engineering of similar institutions.
