摘要
本文是有关磺甲基化合成鞣剂在主、复鞣及结合鞣中的应用性能 ,通过对比此类鞣剂和国外同类产品(BasyntanDLE)的成革特性 ,如收缩温度 (Ts) ,增厚率 ,抗张强度 ,撕裂强度、色泽、观感、手感等众多参数 ,正确评价磺甲基化合成鞣剂的应用性能。实验结果表明 :产品鞣革性能优良 ,成革色泽浅淡 ,耐光性能优异 ,抗张强度、撕裂强度明显高于国家标准 ,可用来生产猪皮仿绵羊服装革。磺甲基化合成鞣剂复鞣后皮身丰满 ,粒面细致 ,手感柔软 ,皮革厚度增加 ,与铬结合能力强 ,此类鞣剂能与Fe(Ⅱ )进行结合鞣制 ,成革收缩温度Ts达86℃ ,成革物理机械性能达到国家标准。磺甲基化合成产物SMW是一种性能很好而且环保的新型合成鞣剂 ,值得推广和应用。
The application research of sulfomethylated syntan on main tanning and retanning processes was made in this thesis. In the paper, the parameters such as tensile strength, tearing strength, Ts, feel and shade were applied to comprehensively assessing the properties of the resultant leather treated with sulfomethylated syntan and Basyntan DLE respectively. The results showed excellent tanning properties, pale, full temper, and soft feel, with tensile strength, tearing strength higher than the National Standards. The product can be used to produce fake pig garment leather. Leather tanned with the product showed full temper, smooth grain, soft feel, obvious thickness increasement, at the same time, the product had higher combination affinity with Cr ions, and the Cr content of the retanning exhaust decreases remarkably, and some properties of the syntan were the same as the imported syntans. Sulfomethylated syntan is suitable for light leather production. The combination tannage experiment of sulfomethylated syntan with Fe 2+ showed that the product can be applied for the combination tannage with Fe 2+.
