摘要
研究采用醛鞣剂和合成鞣剂搭配3种植物栲胶对黄牛皮进行预鞣与主鞣处理,探索了基于植物鞣剂的无金属鞣黄牛鞋面革的生产工艺,分析测试了所鞣坯革的收缩温度、增厚率、感观及物理力学性能。研究表明:采用2%的醛鞣剂GT50、4%的合成鞣剂AS、2%的合成鞣剂DLE预鞣,再以8%的坚木栲胶ATO、8%的荆树栲胶ME和10%的栗木栲胶KPS对其进行主鞣,通过上述方法所得坯革的综合性能最优,为以植鞣为主的牛皮轻革生产提供了一定的理论与试验依据。
Aldehyde tanning agent,synthetic tanning agent and three kinds of vegetable extracts were used for pretanning and tanning cattle leather. The metal free cattle shoe upper leather manufacture technology based on the vegetable extract was discussed. The shrinkage temperature,thickening rate,the organoleptic properties and physical and mechanical properties were analyzed. The results show that the optimal compatibility program of process is achieved when using 2% aldehyde tanning agent GT50,4% synthetic tanning agent AS and 2% synthetic tanning agent DLE for pretanning and using 8% quebracho extract ATO,8% mimosa extract ME and 10% chestnut extract KPS for tanning. This study provides some theoretic and test evidences for light cattle leather manufacture based on vegetable extract.
