摘要
蒙华铁路汉江特大桥采用(72+116+248+116+72)m五跨部分斜拉桥跨越汉江主航道,主梁为单箱双室变高度截面,节段采用液压自动走行菱形挂篮悬灌施工。本文结合挂篮受力特点选择三角架反力预压法,模拟挂篮在最大梁段混凝土浇筑过程中的受力状态,下压底模、上拉吊带,达到预压目的。该预压技术具有投入材料少、施工方便高效、安全性高、节约施工成本的优势,为类似大吨位挂篮预压提供了经验。
Hanjiang River Bridge on Inner Mongolia-Jiangxi Railway crosses over the main channel with the( 72 + 116 +248 + 116 + 72) m of the five-span partial cable-stayed bridge. The main beam is double room for single box with variable height of section. The section adopts hydraulic automatic running diamond hanging basket for grouting construction. In this paper,according to the characteristics of the hanging basket,the tripod reaction prestressing method is adopted to simulate the stress state of the hanging basket during the process of concrete pouring at the maximum beam section. The bottom mold is pulled down and the sling is pulled up to achieve the purpose of preloading. This preloading technology has the advantages of less input materials,convenient and efficient construction,high safety and construction cost saving,which could provide an experience for similar preloading of large-tonnage hanging basket.
