摘要
挂篮悬臂浇筑连续梁施工中,采用支架现浇的墩顶0号块是为挂篮提供安装工作面的关键梁块,但工程实际中,常出现0号块长度不能满足安装2只挂篮的情况。以武咸城际铁路跨沪蓉高速公路连续梁为工程实例,对短0号块连续梁的施工技术进行了探讨,着重研究异位挂篮的后锚固方式、前支点处箱梁翼缘板的承载能力和异位挂篮横移的方法,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
During the continuous beam casting through cantilever of hanging basket, the cast-in-situ No. 0 block by bracket is the key beam block that provides working plane for the hanging basket installation. But in actual situation, the length of No. 0 block, more often than not, can not match the installation length required for two baskets. Taking the continuous beam in Wuhan-Xianning Intercity Railway crossing Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway as an engineering practice, this paper discusses the construction technology for No. 0-sbort-blockcontinuous beam, and focuses on the study of post-anchorage method for asymmetric hanging basket, bearing capacity for box girder flange plate at front node and transversing method for asymmetric hanging basket, which will give a pivotal reference to similar engineering.
