摘要
目的评价热敏灸配合功能锻炼在膝骨关节炎患者中医健康管理中的干预效果。方法选择93例膝骨关节炎患者,给予热敏灸配合功能锻炼治疗,分别对患者临床症状、生活能力、生活质量、疗法掌握度4个方面进行评价。结果治疗后评价临床症状的JOA表提示患者的疼痛及步行能力、疼痛上下楼梯能力、屈度角度恢复均有统计学意义(P<0.05),关节肿胀无统计学意义(P>0.05);生活能力Lysholm表提示其中跛行、交锁、疼痛、稳定性、爬楼梯、下蹲均有统计学意义(P<0.05),支撑、肿胀无统计学意义(P>0.05);生活质量AIMS2-SF表提示患者躯体、症状、社会、影响、工作5个维度具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者掌握度94.6%。结论本项技术操作简单、便于掌握、疗效显著,为基层卫生服务机构开展骨关节炎自我管理干预提供可借鉴的方式和方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of thermosensitive moxibustion and functional exercise on the health management of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods 93 patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated with thermosensitive moxibustion and functional exercise.The clinical symptoms,life skills,quality of life and mastery of therapy were evaluated in 4 aspects.Results The JOA table to evaluate the clinical symptoms after treatment suggests that the patient＇s pain and walking ability,the ability to go up and down the stairs,and the angle of flexion are statistically significant（P〈0.05）,No statistical significance of joint swelling（P〉0.05）;the Lysholm table of living ability suggested that there were statistical significance in lame,interlocking,pain,stability,staircase,and squat（P〈0.05）;the quality of life（AIMS2-SF） showed that the 5 dimensions of the patient＇s body,symptoms,society,influence and work were statistically significant（P〉0.05）,and the patient＇s mastery was 94.6%.Conclusion The technology is simple,easy to handle and effective.It provides a reference for grassroots health service providers to develop osteoarthritis self-management intervention.
