摘要
综述了近年来部分国内外文献报道的色谱法、光谱法、色谱和质谱联用技术、免疫分析和药物高通量筛选分析等方法在药物分析中的应用。从原理、适用范围和特点等方面展开探讨,分析了它们在药物分析中的研究现状和应用,展望了现代药物分析方法和技术的发展方向,并总结了近年来在药物分析实验教学中的心得体会以及教学内容和教学方法上的改革。
The applications of chromatography, spectroscopy,chromatography-mass spectrometry linked technique, immunoassay and high-throughput screening in recent years were summarized. Based on the principles, applicable scope and characteristicstheir research status and applications in drug analysis were analyzed. Furthermore, the writter prospected the future developing orientation of modern analytical methods and techniques, summarized the experience in experimental teaching and investigated the reform in teaching contests and methods.
