摘要
目的 用离子色谱法测定利塞膦酸钠片中的亚磷酸根和磷酸根。方法 采用AS11-HC分析柱(250 mm×4 mm,5μm),流动相为氢氧化钾梯度淋洗液,流速1 mL·min^(-1),抑制型电导检测器,柱温为30℃。结果 0.1~50.0μg·mL^(-1)亚磷酸根(r=0.9999)和0.5~50.0μg·mL^(-1)磷酸根(r=0.9999)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。结论 所用方法简便、准确,可测定片剂中的亚磷酸盐和磷酸盐。
OBJECTIVE To determine phosphite and phosphate in Risedronate sodium tablets (RST) by Ion chromatography method. METHODS The AS11 - HC anion analytical column ( 250 mm × 4 mm, 5 μm) was employed. The mobile phase was the KOH gradient eluent. The flow rate was 1.0 mL. min -1, and the conductivity detector was used. The column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS When the phosphite was within 0.1 - 50.0 μg mL- 1 ( r = 0. 9999 ) and phosphate was within 0.5 - 50.0 μg. mL - l ( r = 0.9999), there were good linear relationships between the peak area and the mass concentration. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of phosphite and phosphate in RST.
