淋洗液在线发生离子色谱法同时测定水中草甘膦、2,4-D和灭草松 被引量:18

Simultaneous determination of glyphosate,2,4-D and bentazone in water by ion chromatography with on-line eluent generation

摘要 目的建立水中草甘膦、2,4-D和灭草松的淋洗液在线发生离子色谱测定方法。方法水样经滤膜过滤后通过Ion PAC AS19型分析柱(250 mm×4 mm),Ion PAC AG19型保护柱(50 mm×4 mm),以40 mmol/L KOH为淋洗液,流速为1.00 ml/min,进样量为300μl,等度洗脱和AERS 500 4 mm抑制型电导检测器进行分析,保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果草甘膦、2,4-D和灭草松在测定的浓度范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,线性范围分别为0.005μg/ml^0.400μg/ml、0.005μg/ml^0.400μg/ml和0.020μg/ml^0.400μg/ml,相关系数为0.999,能够准确定量,方法检出限分别为3.7μg/L、3.4μg/L和15.0μg/L,在低、中、高3个加标浓度下,加标回收率为94.5%~115.0%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~6.2%(n=6)。结论该方法具有操作简便快捷、灵敏度高、抗干扰强的特点,结果准确可靠,适用于水中草甘膦、2,4-D和灭草松的定量测定。 Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of glyphosate,2,4-D and bentazone in water by ion chromatography with on-line eluent generation. Methods After filtration,the separation was performed on an Ion Pac AS19 analytical column( 250 mm × 4 mm) and the target compounds were eluted with 40 mmol/L KOH and 300 μl sample injection volume at the flow rate of 1. 00 ml/min in isocratic. AERS 500 4 mm suppressor conductivity detector was used for detection. Qualitative analysis was done by retention time,and quantitative analysis was done by peak area. Results The results of glyphosate,2,4-D and bentazone in the concentration range of determination had a good linear relationship with the peak area,the linear range was within 0. 005 μg/ml-0. 400 μg/ml,0. 005 μg/ml-0. 400 μg/ml,0. 020 μg/ml-0. 400 μg/ml,the correlation coefficient was 0. 999,able to quantify accurately,the detection limits were 3. 7 μg/L,3. 4 μg/L and 15. 0 μg/L,in the low,medium and high spiked levels,the recovery rate was within 94. 5%-115. 0%,and the relative standard deviation was within1. 7%-6. 2%( n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive with strong anti-interference. The result is accurate and reliable,and can be applied for simultaneous determination of the glyphosate,2,4-D and bentazone in water.
