摘要
利用传递矩阵法对一双跨双转子轴临界转速实验装置进行了振动分析,并对其一阶临界转速进行了测量,临界转速计算值与实验值能较好吻合。分析表明该轴系一阶临界转速偏高、振幅及噪声较大,临界转速实验完整性及安全性差,不宜用做临界转速测量装置,只能作为刚性轴动平衡实验装置使用。
Vibration of a double span shaft with double rotors for critical speed experiment was analyzed with transfer matrix method.The first critical speed of the shaft system was also determined experimentally.The calculated critical speed agrees reasonably with the experimental value.It reveals that the shaft system possesses too high critical speed,vibration amplitude and noise for teaching experiment.It can only be used for dynamic balance experiment of rigid shaft,but not for critical speed experiment.
