摘要
目的:了解本地区无偿献血及血液检测不合格项目情况,以保证血液安全,降低输血传播疾病的风险。方法:收集广西河池市2014-2016年无偿献血情况及血液检测结果,对其进行回顾性统计分析。结果:2014-2016年无偿献血人数每年以2.2%的幅度逐年递增;在所有献血的人群中男性占68.23%,女性占31.76%,年龄段以20~50岁为主;血液质量方面,2014-2016年检测不合格率分别为2.05%、3.09%和3.73%。结论:广西河池市无偿献血量逐年增加,血液的不合格率却也有逐年升高的趋势。因此,需改进献血者招募策略,继续加强有针对性的无偿献血宣传力度,做好血液的检查工作,确保用血安全。
Objective:To understand the situation of unpaid blood donation and blood testing in the region,so as to ensure the safety of blood and reduce the risk of transfusion transmitted diseases.Methods:The unpaid blood donation and blood test results in Hechi City from 2014 to 2016 were selected,and the data were analyzed retrospectively.Results:From 2014 to 2016,the number of unpaid blood donation increased year by year by 2.2%.Among all the people who donate blood,the proportion of men was68.23%,the proportion of women was 31.76%,and the number of people aged 20 to 50 was the most.In terms of blood quality,the rate of test disqualification from 2014 to 2016 was 2.05%,3.09% and 3.73% respectively.Conclusion:The amount of voluntary blood donation in Hechi City of Guangxi was increasing year by year,the incompatibility of blood had also been increasing year by year,therefore,we need to improve the recruitment strategy of blood donors,continue to strengthen the propaganda of voluntary blood donation,do a good job of blood examination,and ensure the safety of blood donation.
