摘要
历时数百年至今仍在有效运转的传统村落是我国传统生态治水智慧的鲜活载体,其具备的低技术、低成本、低冲击、适应式、复合化等特征恰恰正是现代海绵城市规划与设计所追求的目标之一。本文在进行"东西方哲学传统"、"城市与村落"和"传统村落生态治水智慧与现代城市雨洪管理体系"特征对比的基础上,以井陉于家古村为例,尝试从古代八大防洪方略的视角,解析北方传统村落的治水机制,并总结凝练其生态治水智慧的特点及古代治水知识体系。最后阐述将其应用于当代海绵城市建设的启示。
Traditional villages, wh^ch still function well after hundreds of years, are the Living embodiments of the traditional eco-wisdom of Chinese water management. They feature low technology, low cost. low impact, adaptability and multi-function, which are precisely the goals of sponge city planning and design. Based on the case stody of the Yujia ancient village and the feature comparisons involving "eastern and western philosophy", "city and village", and "eco-wisdom of water management in ancient villages and stormwater management system in modern cities", this paper attempts to analyze water management mechanism of northern traditional villages from the perspective of eight flood control strategies in ancient times and summarize the characteristics of eco-wisdom of water management in traditional villages and knowledge system of ancient water management. Finally, this paper presents the enlightenment of such eco-wisdom to the construction of modern sponge cities.
