响应面法优化蒙药肋柱花总皂苷超声提取工艺 被引量:4

Optimization of Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction of Total Saponins from Lomatogonium Rotatum by Response Surface Method

摘要 目的采用响应面法优化蒙药肋柱花中总皂苷的超声提取工艺。方法在单因素试验的基础上,研究乙醇体积分数、液料比、超声时间对肋柱花总皂苷提取的影响,并采用响应面法优化蒙药肋柱花总皂苷超声提取工艺条件。结果肋柱花总皂苷最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数77%,液料比40 mL/g,超声时间33 min,在此条件下测得总皂苷含量为27.36 mg/g,接近理论预测值。二项式拟合复相关系数R^2=0.917 5。结论对于多目标优化肋柱花总皂苷提取工艺,响应面法具有可靠性和实际应用价值。 Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of total saponins from Lomatogonium rotatum by response surface method. Methods The effects of ethanol concentration,liquid-solid ratio and ultrasonic time on the extraction of total saponins were studied on the basis of single factor test,and the ultrasonic extraction conditions of the total saponins from Lomatogonium rotatum were optimized by the response surface method. Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration was 77%,liquid-solid ratio was 40 mL/g,ultrasonic time was 33 min,under this condition,the total saponin content was 27. 36 mg/g,which was close to the theoretical predictive value. The binomial fitting complex correlation coefficient( R^2) was 0. 917 5. Conclusion Response surface method is reliable and practical for multi-objective optimization of extraction process for total saponins from Lomatogonium rotatum.
