摘要
BIM是建筑信息模型的简称,是以建筑工程项目的各项相关信息数据作为模型的基础,进行建筑模型的建立,通过数字信息仿真模拟建筑物所具有的真实信息。且信息具有完备性、关联性、一致性等特点。BIM的概念、实现途径在三十多年前就出现了,且"建筑信息模型"这一术语在行业中已经流行至少十五年了。随着我国建筑行业的不断发展,BIM技术的运用也愈加广泛,在工程建设过程中起到了重要的作用,本文将就BIM技术在建造工程造价管理方面的应用展开探讨。
BIM is short for building information model. It builds the building model based on the relevant information data of the building project, and simulates the real information of the building through the digital information simulation, and the information has the characteristics of completeness, relevance and consistency. The concept of BIM has been around for more than 30 years, and the term "building information model" has been popular in the industry for at least 15 years. With the continuous development of the construction industry in China, the application of BIM technology is becoming more and more extensive, which plays an important role in the process of engineering construction. This paper discusses the application of BIM technology in construction cost management.
