摘要
以材料化工行业的研发人员为对象,探究工作激励与研发人员工作稳定性关系,并考虑市场不确定性的调节作用。研究发现,企业的激励政策会影响研发人员的工作稳定性,市场不确定性会对这种关系产生调节作用。
This research chose R＆D personnel in material chemistry industry as research objects, and explored the relationship between motivation and job stability and the moderate effect of market uncertainty. The findings suggest that motivation policy would impact the job stability of R＆D personnel, and market uncertainty would moderate this kind of relationship.
