摘要
高校开展科技特派员工作具有学科、人才、技术和成果的综合优势。文章结合河北科技师范学院科技特派员工作实践,对高校科技特派员的功能定位、发展历程以及相关制度建设与实践进行了认真总结和分析,提出了构建高校科技特派员公益性与经营性相结合的科技服务体系、进一步拓展高校科技特派员科技服务区域和领域、有效提升科技特派员创新创业能力和水平等加强高校科技特派员工作的建议。
Colleges and universities have comprehensive advantages on discipline, talent, technology and achievement in carrying out the work of science and technology correspondent. Combining with the work and practice of science and technology correspondent in Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology, the function, development process and related system construction of science and technology correspondent in colleges and universities were summarized and analyzed in this paper. The suggestions were put forward, such as constructing service system combining its public welfare service of science and technology with its profit-making rural entrepreneurship, further expanding service areas of science and technology, enhancing the innovation ability and level of science and technology correspondent.
