摘要
以新疆兵团401份调查问卷为数据来源,运用有序probit模型,分析了边疆地区科技特派员的工作意愿及影响因素。结果表明,个人特征因素、工作特征因素对科技特派员的工作积极性都有一定的影响,政策特征因素和个体认知因素是更重要的影响因素。依据调研结果,提出了"加强科技特派员组织领导,完善多部门联合推动机制"等5项政策建议。
In this paper, we took 401 questionnaires in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps as data source, u- sing ordered prohit model, we analyzed the factors which influenced scientific special commissioners' work attitudes. The results show, at the present stage scientific special commissioners' work attitudes are mainly influenced by the individual cognition and policy feature. We put forwardfive suggestions , such as strengthening the power to organize and lead sci- entific special commissioners, perfecting the linkage mechanism of multi - sector cooperation.
