摘要
对岭南师范学院特殊教育系首届毕业生24人开展本科教育绩效调查,调查分现况、课程评价、本科教育整体评价三个维度,回收有效问卷23份。调查结果显示:毕业生之就学与就业情况符合本专业之人才培养目标,毕业生对本科所学课程整体评价偏向肯定,并认为4年本科教育优势与弱势并存。据此结果,兹建议:特殊教育专业未来应谋求发扬优势、减少弱势,并持续进行毕业生追踪研究,以利及时反馈课程与教学之绩效;课程调整方向应以教育学生成为更全面的教师着手;结合其他高校的研究资源,共同探索中国大陆特殊教育专业人才培养的合宜模式。
Educational efficacy of the Special Education Department of Lingnan Normal University was surveyed;existing circumstances,curriculum evaluation and overall viewpoint of learning experience in university were the three dimensions included in investigated questionnaire,and 23 of 24 graduates returned the questionnaires.The results indicated:The employment and enrolled in graduate institute situation of the first graduates met the demand of educational goals;subjects agreed with that the curriculum of undergraduate were helpful;and the advantages and disadvantages of university education were coexistence.Based on above results,researcher suggest:The future of special education department of university should promote advantages and reduce disadvantages,continue to carry on the follow-up study of alumni,in order to feedback the efficacy of curriculum and teaching in time;the direction of curriculum modification should be to educate students to become more comprehensive teachers;combined with the research resources of other universities to explores the appropriate mode of talent training of special education in China's Mainland.
