摘要
【目的/意义】知识是企业获得并维持竞争优势的重要资源,而企业所嵌入的外部社会网络是获取知识的重要渠道。【方法/过程】以知识共享理论与社会网络理论为基础,界定了知识内涵并归纳了知识共享与社会网络的特点,并从社会网络视角构建了新创企业知识共享模型。在此基础上,探讨了社会网络的结构特征与关系特征对网络内成员间知识共享过程的重要影响。【结果/结论】研究表明新创企业需要重视知识共享的作用,以扩充自身知识储备,并强调新创企业需构建并参与到社会网络中,利用外部社会网络关系来提高知识共享的效率与质量,对企业制定知识管理战略具有一定的实践意义。
[Purpose/significance] Knowledge is an important resource for enterprises to gain and maintain competitive advantage. External social networks is an important channel for enterprises to acquire knowledge. [ Method/process ] Based on the theories of knowledge sharing and social network ,this paper defines the connotation of knowledge and summarizes the characteristics of knowledge sharing and social network, and constructs a knowledge sharing model of new ventures from the perspective of social network. On this basis, this paper explores the important influences of structural characteristics and relationship characteristics of social networks on the process of knowledge sharing among members in the network. [ Result/conclusion]New ventures need to pay attention to the role of knowledge sharing in order to expand their knowledge reserves. And new ventures need to build and participate in social networks, so as to improve the efficiency and quality of knowledge sharing. The paper has certain practical significance to the enterprise on making knowledge management strate- gies.
