七氟醚吸入麻醉对急性颅内出血开颅手术患者的脑保护作用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析研讨七氟醚吸入麻醉对急性颅内出血开颅手术患者的脑保护作用。方法随机从我院2015年7月—2017年4月收治的急性颅内出血开颅手术患者中,抽取80例纳入到讨论中,用随机数字法分为2组,每组40例,对照组接受静脉输注瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚全麻,研究组接受静吸复合七氟醚、瑞芬太尼、丙泊酚全麻。观察各时间点颅内压、血清指标等,并进行比较。结果 T_0、T_1、T_2时两组患者颅内压对比,P>0.05;研究组T3时颅内压低于对照组,P<0.05。对比两组患者NSE、S-100β、TNF-α、IL-6指标,T0时P>0.05;T_1、T_2、T_3时,研究组均低于对照组,且P>0.05。结论临床在实施急性颅内出血开颅手术时,其麻醉药物可考虑采用七氟醚,此药物对患者炎症反应有抑制作用,发挥一定程度的脑保护作用。 Objective To analyze the protective effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on patients with craniotomy for acute intracranial hemorrhage. Methods 80 patients with craniotomy for acute intracranial hemorrhage from July 2015 to April 2017 in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups by random number method, 40 cases in each group. The control group were adopt intravenous infusion of remifentanil and propofol, and the study group were adopt intravenous inhalation of sevofurane, remifentanil, propofol and general anesthesia. The intracranial pressure and serum indexes at each time point were observed and compared. Results At T0, T1 and T2, the intracranial pressure between the two groups were compared, P 〉 0.05; In the study group, the intracranial pressure was lower than that of the control group at T3, P 〈 0.05. The indexes of NSE, S-100 β, TNF-α, and IL-6 between the two groups were compared, P 〉 0.05 at T0; T1, T2, T3, the study group were lower than the control group, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion When performing acute intracranial hemorrhage craniotomy, the sevofurane can be considered as the anesthetic agent. This drug can inhibit the infammatory reaction of patients and exert a certain degree of brain protection.
