摘要
肝豆状核变性是由于ATP7B基因突变引起的铜代谢障碍性疾病,是神经遗传病最常见的疾病之一。目前临床治疗中多重视肝脏保护,而忽视了对大脑的保护。由于大脑是铜最易损害的器官,铜在脑组织内沉积,引起以锥体外系症状为主要表现的临床症状,因此脑保护治疗是肝豆状核变性一个重要的治疗原则。
Wilson＇s disease is one of the most common diseases of neurogenetic diseases due to the mutation of ATP7B gene causing metabolism disorder of copper.In the present clinical treatments,we pay more attention to liver protection,and ignore the protection of the brain.The brain is the most damageable organs in copper.Copper deposits within the brain tissue,causing extrapyramidal symptoms as the main performance of the clinical symptoms.So brain protection is an indispensable therapeutic principles to Wilson＇s disease.
