摘要
随着社会发展的需要和国家宏观发展战略的需求,安全工程专业创新型人才培养,是当前社会安全生产、持续、健康发展的有效途径之一,在分析传统安全工程创业人才培养现状基础上,提出了创新型人才定位,安全工程专业创新型人才培养模式的改革内容,对实现创新型人才培养具有重要的指导意义。
With the need of social development and macroscopical development strategy, innovative professional's training of safety engineering talents is one of the effective ways to keep social product safely, continuously and healthily. Based on the analysis of current situation of traditional high-quality professionals' training mode of safety engineering specialty, the article comes up with the meaning of innovative professional, and the reform content of previous training mode, which are significant guidance to train innovative professionals.
