摘要
氢氧化铝是制备α氧化铝的重要原料。氢氧化铝在高温下经过一系列物理化学变化,最终形成α氧化铝。本文对氢氧化铝原料和产品α氧化铝进行X-射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜分析,发现矿化剂和焙烧温度影响着α氧化铝晶体的微观形貌,焙烧后α氧化铝呈现蠕虫状结构;α氧化铝的含量与焙烧温度有着重要关系;矿化剂改变了α氧化铝的结晶机理。通过调整矿化剂,制备了类球状的α氧化铝,为研究和开发高性能产品奠定了基础。
Aluminum hydroxide is an important raw material for the preparation of alpha alumina. After a series of physical and chemical changes and phase changes, aluminum hydroxide forms alpha alumina at high temperature. Morphology characterization SEM and XRD research of aluminum hydroxide raw material and alpha alumina are car- ried out. It is found that mineralizer and roasting temperature can affect the morphology of alpha alumina. After the roasting, alpha alumina shows worm-like structure. The contents of alpha alumina is closed related with the roasting temperature. Mineralizer changes the crystallization mechanism of alpha alumina. By adjusting the mineralizer, near-spherical alpha alumina is prepared, which lays solid foundation for developing various high-performance prod- ucts.
