摘要
目的探讨基于微信的延续性护理农村中老年糖尿病足的自我管理行为提升作用。方法选取2016年2月~12月邵阳市中心医院和邵阳学院附属第二医院内分泌科就诊的邵阳地区农村中老年糖尿病200例为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各100例,在常规护理的基础上,对照组给予电话随访,观察组出院后给予为期6个月的基于微信平台的延续护理干预。分别在干预前、干预后6个月评估两组足部护理情况、自我管理行为以及足部危险的评估等指标。结果干预前,两组患者足部护理评估、自我管理行为得分、足部危险评估等差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患者足部护理评估、自我管理行为得分、足部危险评估等均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的延续护理干预措施可以预防2型糖尿病足部溃疡的发生,提高其自我管理行为,降低糖尿病足部的截肢率。
Objective To study the self management behavior of continuing care of WeChat in the rural elderly diabetic foot. Methods Based on the second hospital of Shaoyang Central Hospital affiliated to Shaoyang University and Department of endocrinology of Shaoyang rural area in 200 senile diabetic patients from February to December in 2016 as the research object, divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group randomly, in on the basis of routine nursing, control group received telephone follow-up after discharge, the observation group for 6 month continuous nursing intervention based on the WeChat platform. In two groups before intervention, assessments of foot care for 6 months after the intervention, self management behavior and risk assessment of foot index. Results Before the intervention, two patients of the nursing assessment, the score of self management behavior, foot risk assessment there were no statistically significant difference (P〉0. 05), the obser- vation group after the intervention of patients with foot care The evaluation scores, self-management behavior, risk assessment of foot were superior to the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion the nursing intervention measures to continue the WeChat platform based on the prevention of type 2 diabetes foot ulcer, improve their self management behavior, reduce the amputation rate of diabetic foot.
