摘要
对自主研发的水稻旱直播机地轮进行滚动阻力和地轮滑移率等方面的理论研究,确定滚动阻力、滑移率和工作参数(机器行走速度、扭矩、弹簧预紧力)三者之间的关系,以获得地轮工作的最佳工作参数。同时,采用三因素五水平二次回归旋转正交组合试验的设计方法 ,对地轮工作参数进行试验研究。通过Design-Expert8.0.6软件对试验数据分析求解,建立回归方程,确定最优参数组合,得到影响因素最佳参数组合方案。结果表明:各组方案中的影响因素编码值和响应指标数值均在优化区域,可为播种机地轮传递动力提供理论依据和播种作业工作参数选取提供指导。
This paper researched on the rolling resistance and slip rate of land wheel of rice direct seeder for dry land that independent research and development,and determined the relationship among the rolling resistance,slip rate and working parameters（ machine walking speed,torque and spring preload） to obtain the best working parameters of the land wheel. The working parameters of land wheel was researched by three factors and five levels quadratic regression rotation orthogonal combination test. The experimental data were analyzed by Design-Expert 8. 0. 6 to establish regression equation,determine the optimal parameter combination,and obtain optimal parameter combination scheme of influencing factors,the influence factor coding value and response index value in each group scheme were all in the optimized region position,and provided theoretical basis for land wheel power transmission of seeder and guidance for selection of seeding operation parameters.
