摘要
在农机现代化制造过程中,为求解更加复杂的制造问题和开展更大规模的协同制造,提出了一种面向服务的网络化制造新模式-农机云制造。给出了云制造的定义,结合遗传算法,提出了一种农机云制造的体系结构,并结合农机数字化车间的调度技术,对算法和云制造平台进行了验证。试制模型的试验结果表明:利用云制造技术和遗传算法调度优化,可以有效地实现现代农机数字化装配车间资源的调度,设计出高质量的试制机型,从而大幅度提高农机的设计效率和设计质量,对于数字化农机的设计制造具有重要的意义。
In the process of modem manufacturing of agricultural machinery, a new mode of service oriented networked manufacturing is put forward for solving the more complex manufacturing problems and the development of more large- scale collaborative manufacturing. Given the definition of cloud manufacturing, combined with the genetic algorithm, it proposed a system structure of agricultural machinery cloud manufacturing. Finally, combined with the digital workshop scheduling technology of agricultural machinery, the algorithm and the cloud manufacturing platform was verified by the trial model. The experimental results showed that the use of cloud manufacturing technology and genetic algorithm can re- alize resource scheduling optimization, digital assembly workshop of modem agricultural efficient scheduling. And it de- signed the prototype models of high quality, thus greatly improved the design efficiency and design quality of agricultural machinery, agricultural machinery manufacturing for digital settings with important significance.
