摘要
随着社会经济发展及我国林果产业的发展壮大,已开始采用密植型果园种植方式开展生产。目前林果种植过程瓶颈段为采收环节,为提高采收效率及降低采收成本必须提升采收机械化程度。为此,针对一种偏心振动式林果采收机,结合采收过程实际状况建立了仿真动力学模型,在动力学模型基础上确定振动式林果采收机参数,并对关键部件进行设计研究。最后,通过试验确定振动式林果采收机工作性能能否满足生产需求,并对激振频率与振动式林果采收机工作特性关系展开分析,为振动式林果采收机实际生产奠定理论基础。
With the development of China's fruit industry between the social and economic development,the planting orchard planting mode of production type. The fruit planting process bottleneck section for harvesting the link,in order to improve the recovery efficiency and recovery cost must improve the degree of mechanization harvest. This paper studies a kind of eccentric vibration type fruit picking machine,combined with the actual situation of recovery process of establishing dynamic simulation model based on dynamic model to determine the vibration type fruit picking machine parameters,and the design of key components. Finally,through the experimental study to determine the vibration type fruit harvesting machine performance can meet the production requirements,and launches the research on the vibration frequency and vibration type fruit harvesting machine the relationship between job characteristics,vibration type fruit picking machine to implement the production and lay the theoretical foundation.
