摘要
为了支撑我国电力需求响应业务的开展,分析了当前与自动需求响应相关的最新技术进展,其中包括智能电网双向供需互动以及智能电网用户接口领域的相关进展。针对我国目前自动需求响应业务在电力系统应用中所面临的问题,从通信层、信息层、业务层3个层面设计了自动需求响应业务相关领域的核心功能以及需求响应业务标准化思路。提出在欧洲智能电网架构模型框架下的不同需求响应业务实体角色及功能定位,为构建满足IEC互联架构的层次化互联接口提供支撑。最后,结合我国典型需求响应试点城市的运行情况及国外相关技术发展提出未来电力自动需求响应业务的实现思路。
In order to support development of power demand response business in China,the paper analyzes the newest tech-nical progress of automated demand response including bilateral supply and demand interaction of the smart grid and user in-terface. According to the practical problem of automated demand response application in power system, the paper designs central function construction and standardized ideas in three levels including communication,information and business laye.. It presents entity roles of different demand response and functional orientation under European Smart Grid Architecture Model, so as to provide support for constructing hierarchical interconnection interface under IEC framework. Finally, com-bining running conditions of typical demand response in pilot cities in China and relevant technical development in domestic and abroad,it puts forward realization ideas for power automated demand response in the future.
