摘要
创新3.0时代,区域创新生态系统的构建正逐步成为社会经济发展的重要推动力。利用成熟度测算模型,构建区域创新生态系统成熟度评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法,对江苏省13市和上海、杭州、深圳市的创新生态系统进行了实证研究。结果表明:苏州创新生态系统成熟度在16个城市中排名第三,上海市位居首位,其次是深圳,且深圳创新生态系统协调度最高。此外,苏州市与杭州市的创新子系统协调度存在互补关系,苏州市在创新资源投入和可持续发展方面仍有待加强。
With the advent of the Innovation 3.0 Era, the construction of regional innovation ecosystem would provide further impetus for economic and social development. Introducing the maturity computing model, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of regional innovation ecosystem maturity and carries out an empirical research on innovation ecosystem in 13 cities in Jiangsu Province as well as in Shanghai, Hangzhou and Shenzhen with the principal component analysis method. The results show that: Suzhou ranks third among the sixteen cities in terms of innovative ecosystem maturity and Shanghai ranks first followed by Shenzhen. Also, Shenzhen enjoys the highest level of coordination of innovation ecosystem. The degree of coordination between Suzhou's and Hangzhou's sub-system is complementary.
