石家庄无水砂层盾构选型分析 被引量:11

摘要 研究目的:随着盾构法施工隧道技术在城市地铁建设中的推广和应用,盾构选型成为盾构施工过程中的关键环节。本文针对无水砂层土压平衡盾构施工中的盾构选型问题,研究盾构选型对地表沉降的影响,并总结选型规律。基于石家庄地铁的无水砂层盾构施工数据对几个区间的盾构选型作出评价,从而找出关键影响因素。研究结论:(1)在该地区选用面板式刀盘、40%开口率的小松盾构机所造成地表沉降值为11~14 mm;(2)在该地区选用复合式刀盘、35%开口率的海瑞克盾构机所造成地表沉降值为7~10 mm;(3)当进行盾构选型时应选择合适刀盘型式,优先考虑小开口率和小刀盘扭矩的盾构机型,以此提高开挖面的稳定性,减小盾构开挖所造成的不良影响;(4)本研究成果可为类似隧道工程的盾构选型提供参考依据。 Research purposes: With the promotion and application of shield construction technology in urban subway construction, shield equipment selection has become the key link of the shield construction process. In this paper, the problem of shield selection during the construction of earth pressure balance in anhydrous sand layer is discussed, the influence of shield selection on surface subsidence is studied and the rules of selection are summarized. Based on the data of the anhydrous sand layer shield construction of Shijiazhuang metro, the paper evaluates the shield selection of several sections and finds out the key influencing factors. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) In the region, the surface sedimentation value caused by Komatsu shield machine with panel cutter and 40% aperture ratio is 11 - 14 ram. (2) In the region, the surface sedimentation value caused by Herrenknecht shield machine with composite cutter and 35% aperture rate is 7 -10 mm. (3) During shields selection, the appropriate cutter type should be selected, and the small aperture ratio and the small cutter wheel torque shield model is given priority to, in order to improve the stability of excavation surface and reduce the adverse effects caused by shield excavation. (4) The research results can provide reference for the shield selection of tunnel engineering.
