摘要
大学生就业难已成现实问题,而大学生到基层就业能有效缓解大学生就业难的现状。通过对花溪大学城贵州财经大学等四所高校的调研,结果表明大多数大学生都愿意回到基层就业,影响的因素有薪酬、工作环境等。因此建议政府出台有针对性的优惠政策;学校设立基层人才培养中心,开设相应课程等吸引大学生到基层就业。
The difficulty for college students in employment has become a realistic problem, anyway, the grassroots employment for college students can alleviate the difficult employment situation effectively. With an investigation and survey on Guizhou University of Finance and Economicsand other four colleges and Universities in Huaxi Campus City, the study shows that most college students are willing to accept the grass-roots employment opportunities, and tire influenced factors include compensation and work environment. So it is suggested that the governmentshould introduce targeted preferential policies, and universities set uptraining center of grass-roots personnel and courses to attract college graduates simultaneously.
