摘要
利用色谱分离方法与现代波谱分析技术,对叶下珠乙酸乙酯提取物的化学成分进行了系统的研究。从中分离鉴定了14个黄酮类化合物,分别为槲皮素-3-(4"-O-乙酰基)-O-α-L-鼠李糖-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(1)、槲皮素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(2)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(3)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、芸香甙(5)、槲皮素(6)、山柰酚(7)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(8)、木犀草素(9)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、蒙花苷(11)、山柰酚-3-O-β-芸香糖苷(12)、柚皮苷(13)、橙皮苷(14)。除5~7外的所有化合物均从该植物中首次分离。对分离所得的化合物进行了体外细胞毒和抗氧化活性测试,结果显示化合物6、9和10表现出一定的细胞毒活性,所有化合物均具有不同程度的抗氧化活性。
The whole plant of PhyUanthus urinaria L. (Euphorbiaceae) were used to investigate on their chemical con- stituents and bioactivities,fourteen flavonoids were isolated from the EtOAc fraction derived from 95% EtOH extract of P. urinaria by a combination of various chromatographic techniques, including column chromatography over silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 as well as reversed-phase HPLC. The structures of these fiavonoids were determined on the basis of spectroscopic analysis including MS and NMR data. They were identified as quercetin-3-(4-O-acetyl)-O-α-L-rham- nopyranoside-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside ( 1 ) , quercetin-7-O-ot-L-rhamnoside (2) , quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside ( 3 ) , quercetin-3-O-fl-D-glucopyranoside ( 4 ), rutin ( 5 ), qnercetin ( 6 ), kaempferol ( 7 ), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (8) ,luteolin (9),luteolin-7-O-/i-D-glucoside (10),buddleoside (11),kaempferol-3-O-/i-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-6)-α- L-rhamnoside (12) , naringin ( 13), hesperidin ( 14 ). All the compounds, except for 5-7, were isolated from P. urinaria for the first time. Compounds 6,9 and 10 showed potential cytotoxic effects ,and all of these compounds had antioxidant activity to some extent.
